Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount paid to us for products or services in the prior 12 months.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.

SuperVibes LLC Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized and hosted by SuperVibes LLC. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, agents and immediate family members of SuperVibes LLC are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must follow all the instructions listed in the official Giveaway post on Instagram (e.g. follow @supervibesclub, like the post, tag friends or share to stories) or TikTok (e.g. follow @supervibes, like the post, tag friends or share to stories).

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Purchases do not increase the chances of winning.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant will be disqualified.

4. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins and ends on the dates stated in the Instagram or TikTok post caption. Entries received outside this timeframe will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random after the Giveaway period closes and notified only through the official @supervibesclub Instagram account or @supervibes TikTok account via Direct Message.
We will never ask for payment, personal financial information or passwords to claim a prize. If contacted by any other account, please report and disregard the message.

6. Prizes

Prizes are described in the Giveaway post. No cash or other substitution is permitted unless at our discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. SuperVibes LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Rights Granted by Participants

By entering, participants grant SuperVibes LLC permission to use their name, likeness, handle and submitted content for promotional purposes across digital platforms without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Instagram, TikTok and SuperVibes LLC from any liability, loss or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance / use of any prize.

9. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process, using fake accounts, or violating these terms.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and delivering prizes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
