When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2 business days unless indicated otherwise. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be shown at checkout. Any import duties / taxes will be the recipient's responsibility.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days of shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us at hello@supervibesclub.com and we’ll do our best to help.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received?
If your order shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with neighbors or your building management first, then contact us.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products being hygienic barriers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products at this time.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days so that we can file a claim with the shipping company and issue a replacement shipment.

We accept major credit cards and Shop Pay.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Yes, our checkout is secured with industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
Do you offer gift cards or discount codes?
We occasionally offer promo codes via email or social. Sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

How do I care for my product?
Each product page includes care instructions. Most items should be washed separately before use then machine washing in cold water and air drying.
Are your products eco-friendly or sustainably made?
Our grip towels are made with over 60% recycled polyester.
Do you have sizing information for towels or straps?
Yes, each of our product pages include sizing or dimension info.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, our minimum wholesale order is 5 units.
